Nathan Thomas Milliner is a professional artist from Louisville, Kentucky who is best known for his work producing blu ray cover art for Scream! Factory, NSM Records and The Ecstacy of Film. He has produced art for the releases of over 30 films such as Halloween 2-8, Day of the Dead, The Burning, The Howling, Motel Hell, Martyrs, The Exterminator, Night of the Comet, Night of the Demons, Dog Soldiers, Dolls and Sleepaway Camp 1-3. He has also been a staff artist and writer for HorrorHound Magazine since 2008 and has done work for Fright Rags, NECA, The Weinstein Co, Creepy Tees, Atomic Cotton, Trick or Treat Studios, Rotten Cotton and recently provided the book cover art for “Never Sleep Again: The Making of A Nightmare on Elm Street.” Milliner also owns and runs Rebel Rouser Comics and has published over 14 comics and art books to date. On the side, he has worked as a film maker working on 3 different films at this point. “Girl Number Three” was a feature based on his comic book which he wrote the screenplay for. “A Wish for the Dead” is another feature based on one of his comic books which he wrote and directed. His latest work was co-writing and directing “The Encyclopedia Satanica” which was a segment in the new horror anthology film “Volumes of Blood.” He lives in Louisville with his wife Brenda and daughter Lily.

P.J. Starks is an award winning independent filmmaker from Owensboro, KY with a long and varied filmography. His list of credits include the horror/comedy Hallows Eve: Slaughter on Second Street, a psychological drama titled A Mind Beside Itself and most recently the horror anthology Volumes of Blood. He has over twelve years of experience as a professional videographe and editorr; producing projects for the City of Owensboro, various private organizations and won a regional Gold Advertising award from the American Advertising Federation for his work on the WBKR Zombie Run campaign and subsequent docudrama Project Deathpack: A Deadumentary. He has produced a myriad of projects including the popular webseries The Book of Dallas that has garnered over 1.5 million viewers and several film project such as Jakob Bilinski's Three Tears on Bloodstained Flesh and Kevin Chenault's Lattie, now in production. He's also serves as creator for The River City Festival of Films that in 2014 hosted RoboCop star Peter Weller , Unscripted: An Indie Film Xperience and the Unscripted Film School. Unscripted recently finished it's 4th series and has spread across borders, starting an Evansville version of this event. He currently lives in Owensboro with his wife Katrina and two sons Logan and Connor.

Tony Trip has won awards for his work in tattooing and has been featured in Tattoo, International Tattoo Artist, Urban Ink, Flash, News 4 U and Courier Press. He has been a featured artist at many local cons such as Shocktobercon and Pop!Con. Tony does a lot more than just tattoos, Tony is a well-rounded artists who works with paints, markers, charcoals and anything else he can get his hands on. Tony likes to draw things that make people smile.Tony likes to take long walks on hot gravel roads, barefoot. His favorite shirts all have kittens on them and he breathes a lot. Tony’s favorite sports team is Lebron James and his favorite drink is all of them except coconut water.

Jacob Bilinski, an Evansville, IN native and Indiana University graduate, Jakob Bilinski is a hopeless film-addict who's had an obsessive, fervent passion for all things cinema since he can remember. Over the years, Jakob has independently written, directed, shot, edited, and produced numerous short films and music videos. His two most critically acclaimed shorts,Foxxy Madonna vs the Black Death (2007)(a 2006 National Film Challenge Finalist), andObsolescence (2011), enjoyed international film festival runs, garnering multiple awards and critical acclaim. His feature debut, Shade of Grey (2009), won "Best Feature Film - Suspense" at the 2009 New York International Independent Film Festival, in Los Angeles, and was released everywhere DVDs are sold online in 2010. In 2011 he tackled the feature-length making of documentary, Perceiving Reality: The Making of Scalene (2011), which chronicled the principal photography process of Zack Parker's Scalene (2011). He later served as a director/producer on The Book of Dallas (2012), a web series from Joe Atkinson's Court Street Productions which accrued over 2 million views during its run on KoldCast TV. Other recent works have included the grindhouse short Bloody Hooker Bang Bang: A Love Story (2012), and the critically acclaimed horror short Lucky (2014). Jakob is currently promoting his sophomore feature, Three Tears on Bloodstained Flesh (2014), a modern Midwestern spin on the giallo, and is in post-production on his third feature,Emergence (2015), a psychological thriller focusing on a serial killer and his first victim. Jakob very much likes his wife and three cats.
